CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge)
The CCSK is a vendor-neutral certificate covering cloud security concepts defined in the CSA Security Guidance and the CCSK v5 study guide, including governance, identity, workload and data security, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and AI. CSA aims it at IT and security staff plus developers, operations, audit and compliance, and sales engineering roles.
Exam Details
Open-book online exam with questions drawn at random from a larger pool.
The exam token (with chatbot) includes two test attempts, to be used within 2 years.
Requirements and Renewal
Prerequisites
None. CSA says a basic understanding of security fundamentals such as firewalls, secure development, encryption, and identity and access management is helpful.
Renewal
Does not expire. CSA advises holders to stay current with the latest version of the CCSK.
